Starting out, Hidden Creek Management and Boone Realty was very naïve when it came to websites. Like every new business we were on a tight budget and didn’t know much about the “ins and outs” of website design, or finding the right people to help us ever get started. When we finally found a good designer, we were unaware of the pitfalls that ensued. We did develop a wonderful website and it was unique and we received many compliments on its ease of use. However, when there were problems or clients could not access the website, there was no-one to help restore it or help with changes or simply there to help make the website better. A website is an ever evolving tool without which we just simply cannot survive! Finally, the website designer disappeared and we had no one to help.

When Matt (Streamline SEO) contacted us, we were at a loss with the website, nothing worked. We were afraid that we would have to start all over again. We were dismayed.
